Artistic Journey

Art is an emotion, it's a profound feeling, a journey of the heart. It is where I slow down and create. I use different mediums, and I like to call myself a "Pigment Pusher".
My favorite medium at the moment is Faber-Castell Polychromos with a bit of a twist. This 'twist' allows me to push the pigment around on the paper, almost like the pencil is oil paint. The result is artworks that are unique.

I'm traditionally trained in oil paint, but recently I switched to using both pencil and ink in my new pieces. Most of my artwork is mixed media. This allows me to go where the art calls me to go and to express myself freely.
I returned to my artistic roots during my recovery from Guillain-Barré Syndrome. Art became physical therapy for my hands. Every stroke resembled a step forward, and every finished piece reminded me that art and healing take time, and that the journey is beautiful and life-changing.

Commissions Open

Commissioning an artwork is a collaborative journey. Whether you are looking for a botanical study to match your home or a conceptual piece with deep personal meaning, I work closely with you to translate your vision into a timeless work of art.

Share your ideas, color palette, or reference photos with me. Once the concept is approved, I begin the process, and I keep you updated as the piece evolves.

And finally, once my work is done, you receive a one-of-a-kind, archival artwork created specifically for you.

Exhibition 2025

In February 2025, the month of love, I had the honor of hosting my first solo exhibition at Trixie's Cafe. Just months earlier, this milestone felt impossible.

The collection began without a plan, just me, drawing day after day to find my way back. Drawing through pain, fear, and discomfort, creating was far more important and perhaps even necessary.
Slowly, the hours of uncertainty transformed into a series representing beauty, fear, acceptance, perseverance, and triumph.

The response was overwhelming. I was met with excitement and so many questions about my work and my journey.
Most of the pieces were sold, and I was surrounded by the incredible support of my family and friends.
To my absolute delight, even the hospital physiotherapist who helped me learn to move and stand again visited my exhibition and purchased 'The Eternal Rose'.
This was more than an art show, it was my 'Healing Collection.' A celebration of life, love, acceptance, and transformation.
